Only God can change a person our job is to be loving, supply them with the word and offer them words of encouragement.
Collecting names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses of your visitors is very important. You should us the information to send thank-you cards the following day, inviting guests to return and reminding them of upcoming church events they are welcome to attend.
